This notice explains how the personal data of business users who open an account on the platform is processed under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698). Data controller: Dilruba Açıl (DADA Creative).
Data processed and why
Name, email and password (account and sign-in); business details, logo and Google Business Profile connection rights (to provide the service); guest feedback and Google reviews (analysis and replies on the business's behalf); pages viewed in the panel (usage log, kept for 180 days and visible to members of the business). Industry benchmarking runs only if the business turns it on and needs at least three real businesses.
AI
Review analysis and reply suggestions are sent to Anthropic through Vercel AI Gateway under no-retention and no-training rules; guest names and contact fields are not sent, and phone numbers and emails in the text are masked. Audit voice recordings are transcribed by OpenAI; a no-training rule applies to this step, but the provider may retain data for a limited time. Reply suggestions are published with the business's approval, unless the business has turned on auto-reply.
Storage and transfers
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the United States. Infrastructure providers (database, hosting, email, AI) act as data processors and may process data outside Turkey, mainly in the United States; data is never sold. When an account is deleted, the data and uploaded files of businesses you are the only owner of are deleted; records we must keep by law may be kept for the legal period, and deleted data leaves backups in the normal backup cycle.
Service area
The service is not offered to businesses in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. We still answer personal data requests from these countries.
Your rights
Send access, correction, deletion and objection requests under KVKK art. 11 from your account email to kvkk@geso.app. A separate notice for guests is available on each business's survey page.
